Pulse Emerald is the evil, ruthless leader of the Reddosutā Shikaku. Although not exactly seen, he is not the original Pulse. This man stole Pulse's identity, his very essence, and silently made an all new Reddosutā Shikaku criminal organization.
He silently slips through the shadows to one day take his chance to eliminate all the members of the Emerald family for not paying their debt to the Reddosutā Shikaku. The Dragons, along with help from the Pokedex Holders, are doing everything they can to stop Pulse.
