Kris Darchart is the leading member of the Triad of Elites in Team Rocket along with Raion Susamajii and Lt. Surge. By far, she is the most threatening and commanding of the three, however, she is a slave to Giovanni, leader of Team Rocket.

Vaporeon was shown as Kris' first Pokemon and obviously her strongest as it was able to impale Professor Oak and then defeat Machine and Hakel with two simple, Hydro Pump's. It is unknown if it was ever an Eevee but, however, it may be thought to have been this way. |
 Articuno |
Articuno is shown as Kris' second Pokemon and was caught on Giovanni's behest to capture Blaine. She has since kept Articuno and uses it as her second powerhouse and mode of transportation. She also frequently uses Articuno for sky battles where her Vaporeon is not accessible. |
